A relaxation massage applied with gliding, flowing, smooth, continuous motion. Pressure is mild to moderate. Improves circulation, relaxes muscles, relieves tension and promotes a sense of well being.

Deep Tissue

An invigorating massage for clients who enjoy deep pressure. The focus is on deeper layers of muscle tissue. It releases adhesions, toxins, and tension. It is ideal for athletes looking to improve blood and oxygen flow and reduce lactic acid and free radicals.

Thai Massage

This originated in Thailand and is performed on a specially designed mat on the floor with the client fully clothed. There is joint manipulation and alternating compressions used in yoga type positions assisted by Gerry. Good for opening joints and reducing joint stiffness. Stretches muscles and elongates ligaments and tendons. Recommended for athletes and people in repetitive type physical vocations.
